Shipping and refunds


As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through different transport companies depending on the size and weight of the package.However, the delivery time of each product may depend on multiple factors such as origin, available stocks, holiday calendar, etc.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs.
Shipping price for all our products is €4.90 for delivery to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). For shipments to Canary Islands, Europe and the rest of the world the cost is calculated automatically.
You can benefit from free shipping for orders over €100 for delivery to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
The Owner agrees to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you indicate on the order form.
In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate you indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal working hours.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the products have been "delivered" at the time of signing the receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.
It is the customer responsibility to check the status of the package upon receipt of the same. In the case of detecting any damage or manipulation of the package, the carrier must be notified immediately and follow their instructions, leaving the corresponding note and rejecting the shipment. Otherwise, AeroStore Spain will not be responsible for the damages or losses caused. If the package has been accepted, it is recommended to contact the carrier directly.
We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations that we assume under a contract, the cause of which is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("cause of force majeure").
The causes of force majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control.
It will be understood that our obligations derived from the contracts will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure. We will use all reasonable means to end the cause of force majeure or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under the contract despite the cause of force majeure.


The refund period in our online store is 14 days from receipt of the order.
To return any item from our online store, you must first contact or through our contact telephone number.
Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:
1. Product damaged during shipment
Upon receiving the product you should check it properly. If you think that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels, where we will indicate how to proceed.
2. Wrong product
in the event that you receive a different product than the one purchased, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service to solve the problem.
3. Defective product
For the return of a defective product, the defect of the part must be previously verified by sending photos, in order to confirm that the part is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything runs on our charge.
4. Product does not meet your expectations
If you receive the product and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry, you can return it within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. For this you only have to contact us. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.
After having received the product in our warehouse and checked it, you will get a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transportation costs generated.
Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging, the product will depreciate. We recommend that, in case of returning the product already opened, it has to be packed very well with all the protections with which we supply it. Keep in mind that afterwards it may suffer damages in transport and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for a depreciation of the product.
5. Customized products
Products made with special measures or made to order according to customer specifications, measure or finish will not be subject to change or return. However, we are responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or any manufacturing defect.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we will always try to reach a solution that guarantees the satisfaction of our customers.
Likewise, we have a continuous after-sales service that you can contact through any of our customer service means.
6. What are the return cost?
If you return a product to us due to a damaged, deteriorated, defective product, we will take care of the return in national territory. In international shipments, it is the buyer who will bear the cost of returning the product.
In the case of a shipping error, we will always bear all the costs of the return.
If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us. The return costs will be the same as the delivery. These delivery and return costs will be discounted from the total amount to refund.
7. Error indicating the delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to indicate a valid delivery address. If the indicated address is wrong, the client will assume all the costs associated with the returned shipment, and they will be reduced from the return of the imported order.
If the customer has benefited from free or reduced-cost shipping, the shipping costs will also be charged (corresponding to general shipping costs, without discounts, at the time of purchase).
In any case, the customer can always choose to make a new payment for the shipment to proceed with a new delivery.


In the case of an export, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay all the taxes that are requested during customs clearance, as well as any expenses derived from it (tariffs, management expenses, etc.).
If for any reason, the client decides not to make that payment and, therefore, not to receive the products, all the expenses derived from both customs and the corresponding shipments (round trip), and any other additional expenses associated with the management of the return will be passed on to the buyer.


The client may request the cancellation of any order as long as the Purchase Confirmation email has not been sent, in which case it will be treated as a return. If the order has already been sent, the cancellation request will be considered as a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the following section.
The company accepts the cancellation of orders through the customer service, which can be contacted quickly and with a quick response time.


All the furniture and its parts have a 1-year guarantee. In the case of defective products, AeroStore Spain bears all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or refund of the amount as appropriate. All these steps being free for the consumer.
This Guarantee includes freight, material and labor, but according to the law of guarantee of consumer goods, the characteristics of the product characteristic of its nature are excluded from its coverage, as well such as damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.
This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, use or improper manipulations, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer when appropriate, or materials subject to wear due to normal use.
The guarantee will lose its value if any of the data of the guarantee or the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced. To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the proof of purchase.
Our guarantee complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) and in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).
