General
> I want to pick up my purchase in Madrid. Where and when?

If you have made a purchase in our store and want it to be sent to Madrid, you have been able to select "Hand Pickup" as the shipping method. Once we have processed your order we will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery, currently we deliver in 28042 (Barajas) and 28850 (Torrejón de Ardoz).

Products
> I don't like the item I received, can I return it?

You have 15 days from when you received the item to return it to us in perfect condition, just as you received it. The extra shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- For the products that we had in stock there are no additional costs and we will proceed to refund 100% of the product.
- For products purchased by reservation, a commission of € 8 will be applied for management costs. We recommend you read the "Terms and conditions for Preorders"

At AeroStore we work for the client, so if you are looking for a particular aircraft that we do not have on the Web or that are no longer manufactured, you can contact us.
We will do the search with our suppliers to find it, and in case of finding it we will give you a price and estimated arrival date, if you accept we will do the paperwork to send it to you as soon as possible.

We have planes in scales 1: 200, 1: 400 and 1: 500, if you want to know the real size in centimeters of these planes you can access the product in question and see the product data, in the section "Dimensions L x H x W", these measurements correspond to the acronym for "Length x Height x Width".
These measurements are real (except if there is a transcription error) and you can get an idea of the actual size of the plane you want to buy.
Shipping
> Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Yes, we currently work with Correos to make shipments outside the peninsula, the shipping price depends on the weight and size of the shipment. We offer the most competitive prices on the market for shipments outside the peninsula and to know the shipping cost you must enter your shipping address when making the payment, or for a quick calculation you can create an account with us and also benefit from promotional codes and discounts exclusive for members, you can create an account by clicking here.
The estimated shipping time to the Canary Islands is approximately 5 working days.
> I bought 1 item "Available for reservation" When will I receive it?

In 7-15 days maximum we will proceed to send your order.
Shipping for items available in reserve can take 7-15 days because we work with our supplier weekly, once in our warehouses the estimated preparation time is on the same day and the transport time in Spain (Peninsular) is 3 business days.
Within a maximum period of 15 days + 3 working days of shipping you would have your reservation products available, currently our estimated arrival of these products is 10 days.
If you need an urgent service, simply contact us by phone or email and we will reply to you as soon as possible about the possibilities of 24-hour transportation.
For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, the order may be delayed.

> What is the estimated delivery time for an order with items in stock?

The estimated order processing time is 24-48h and the estimated transport time in Spain (Peninsular) is 3 working days. The order may take 3-5 working days to receive it at your address. If you need an urgent service, simply contact us by phone or email and we will reply to you as soon as possible about the possibilities of 24-hour transportation.
For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, the order may be delayed.
